We are a Welsh speaking family running a large working beef, sheep and arable farm.The farmhouse is nestled within and the interesting traditional 18th Century farm buildings are Grade 2* Listed by Cadw.

It is situated in peaceful wooded countryside and is approached by two lanes, one of which is a half mile long tarmac driveway from Llwydiarth Esgob Lodge entrance - LL71 8AD

Mature trees line the driveway and in Springtime with daffodils, wildflowers and rhododendrons. Lovely walks where wildlife can be seen, including red squirrels.

To unwind after your journey you can relax in the spacious inviting lounge with a log fire, antique furniture and enjoy a welcoming pot of tea/coffee with homemade scone/cake on arrival.

The excellent breakfasts of choice menu are served in the cosy dining room with separate tables. Breakfast is served between 8 - 9 o'clock, earlier breakfast can be arranged if notified the night before. Special diets are catered for if notified when booking.You may be fortunate to see the red squirrels having their breakfast on the bird feeders, outside the dining room window !! There are various eateries closeby.


The three en-suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with attention to detail assured.

The Harrison beds are most comfortable and have egyptian cotton bedlinen.

All the bedrooms have tea/coffee facilities, TV, clock radio, hair dryer, towels, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.

A shared refrigerator is on the landing with fresh milk and water.

King size bed with a very spacious bathroom and a separate walk in shower and bath.

Bedroom 2.

Twin beds/superking bed with a spacious bathroom having a shower above the bath.

Bedroom 3.

Superking bed and 1 single bed.The very spacious bathroom has a bidet and a shower above the bath.

Jane enjoys providing a relaxed,clean and comfortable home from home atmosphere for a quiet country holiday. Perhaps that is why so many of her guests return to visit Drws y Coed.
